How it works
The meter measures blood glucose from a small drop of capillary blood, usually from the fingertip. The test strip draws up the blood via its wide dosing area and the meter shows the result shortly after. The lit port helps in the evening or on the go, and the eject button disposes of the used strip hygienically.
How to use
Wash and dry your hands, insert a test strip, prick the side of your fingertip with the lancing device and touch the blood drop to the strip. Read and note the result, then eject the strip with the button. Details in the instructions for use.
Who it's for
For people with diabetes to self-monitor their blood glucose. Results are shown in mg/dL, the unit used in many countries. How often to test and which target values apply is decided by your doctor.

Notes and warnings
- In vitro diagnostic for self-monitoring, not for diagnosing diabetes and not for newborn cord blood.
- Contains small parts and button cells that can be swallowed: keep away from children; if swallowed, seek medical help immediately.
- All parts that come into contact with blood are potentially infectious.
- Follow the test strip storage instructions, otherwise readings may be wrong. Store the meter at -25 to 70 °C.
- Only remove the lancet drum when all lancets are used and do not reinsert it. Control solution sold separately.
