How it works
Vitamins D and K are fat-soluble. Dissolved in oil they can be dosed drop by drop. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, normal muscle function and the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. K2 is present as all-trans MK-7.
How to use
1 drop daily, at any time of day and independent of meals, ideally on a spoon. Do not touch the dropper with your mouth. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Who it's for
For adults who want to supplement vitamins D and K together. Important: if you take coumarin-type blood thinners (such as phenprocoumon, Marcumar), only use vitamin K after talking to your doctor.

Hold the bottle upright when dropping for even drops. With 640 drops, one bottle lasts a very long time at 1 drop a day.
