How it works
The ointment lies on the nasal mucosa as a thin protective film. This keeps moisture in for longer and makes it harder for pollutants and allergens to penetrate. It feels good when your nose is dry and irritated from heating air, frequent blowing during a cold or with age.
How to use
Spread a small amount with a fingertip or cotton bud at the entrance and front part of the nose. Use several times a day as needed. Details in the instructions for use.
Who it's for
For adults and children from 2 years with dry, irritated or sore nasal mucosa, as support during a cold and for daily care, also with age-related dryness. Not for infants and children under 2 and not with asthma or hypersensitive airways, as it contains essential oils.
Pharmacist's tip
Good combination: sea water or saline spray during the day to moisturise, ointment in the evening as a protective film. Use the tube only for yourself.

Ingredients
10 g Nasensalbe enthalten: 600 mg Natürliches Emser Salz. Weitere Bestandteile sind: Weißes Vaselin, Dickflüssiges Paraffin, naturidentische Aromastoffe (bestehend aus einer Mischung aus Eucalyptol, racemischem Campher, Bornylacetat, Levomenthol, Kamillenöl), natürlicher Farbstoff Chlorophyll-Kupfer-Komplex.
Notes and warnings
- Do not use in infants and children under 2 (essential oils, risk of laryngeal spasm). Children only under supervision.
- Do not use with asthma or other respiratory conditions with hypersensitive airways.
- Do not use with injuries of the nasal roof or sinuses with fluid leaking from the nose, or with hypersensitivity to any ingredient.
- Do not sniff the ointment up strongly. Sneezing, itching or burning may rarely occur.
- For use by one person only; wipe the tube tip and close tightly.
- Do not store above 25 °C, keep out of reach of children. Use an opened tube for no more than 12 months.
