How it works
Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, to normal oxygen transport in the body and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and increases iron absorption.
How to use
1 to 2 capsules a day, ideally ½ hour before a meal, for 4 to 8 weeks. Do not take together with coffee, black or green tea (tannins reduce iron absorption).
