How it works
Vichy volcanic water is rich in minerals and forms the base of the formula. Hyaluronic acid binds water at the skin surface and makes skin look plumper and smoother. Polyglutamic acid is another moisture binding ingredient that forms a light film on the skin and helps hold hydration. The gel-like texture absorbs instantly without a sticky feel.
How to use
Morning and evening after cleansing, apply a few drops to face and neck and pat in. Follow with your usual moisturiser and use sunscreen during the day.
Who it's for
For all skin types needing more hydration, especially in dry indoor air, after summer or when skin looks tired. A good basic step for beginners too.
Pharmacist's tip
Minéral 89 pairs with almost everything and works well as the first layer under active serums or cream. For very dry skin, add a richer cream on top at night.
