How it works
Urea is one of the skin's natural moisturising factors, and dry skin often lacks it. It binds water in the upper skin layer and softens rough, flaky areas. At 10%, this lotion is made for very dry body skin.
How to use
Apply daily to dry areas and massage in, ideally after showering. Avoid open wounds, irritated skin and contact with the eyes.
Who it's for
For very dry, rough, tight skin on the body, such as legs, arms and back. Also suitable for itchy skin. Urea may sting briefly on freshly shaved or broken skin.
Pharmacist's tip
If it stings, switch to a lower urea or urea-free lotion for a while and come back later. For very rough feet there are higher-strength urea creams. Daily care matters most in winter and after swimming.
